friendly staff helpful staff bag storage comfy bed temperature regulation broken shower hot water
the reception staff were friendly and helpful. they allowed me to drop off my bags before check-in and store them after check-out. my room was a good size, and the bed was comfy (i slept very well).
i had some issues with the room's temperature. i couldn't adjust the heater, and it stayed on even when turned off. adjusting the shower water temperature was also difficult. it seemed broken, and the water was very hot.

ideal location comfortable mattress quick check-in
the location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions. the room had a comfortable mattress which i especially liked. the staff were polite and check-in was quick.
the shower had low water pressure , made it a little difficult.

musty odor inadequate soundproofing
The room had a musty odor i found quite off-putting.. it lingered even after opening the windows. also, the soundproofing was inadequate. Street noise was very noticeable throughout the night, disrupting my sleep. this was quite annoying considering the hotel isn't located in the city center, so i would've expected more quiet, those two things ruined my stay.
